This web site is for those of you who enjoyed the music from the 80's decade. There are also songs from other decades. The main focus was the 80's music and the other decades will grow.

Songs listed with a date, position held and weeks held are from the top 40's chart. I have added some of my favorite songs to the site that did not chart but had airplay time. Any song with a play button next to it is for your enjoyment to listen. It's been very hard to compile the current 80s music at 1980songs.com but our goal is to have them all. Please help me in making this one of the best sites for music resources. Please provide any suggestions by email to help improve your visit.
